Core principle
We never collect unnecessary personal data; we process only the minimum required to deliver the service.
Quick summary
- For visitors who do not buy or open an account, we do not ask for or store name, phone or email.
- Displayed content is provided by the Databee customer; Databee does not reuse it for marketing.
- Limited technical logs (IP, time, error logs, general device/browser info) are kept briefly for security and debugging.

We do not request personal data that is not needed to deliver the service, and we do not profile non-purchasing end users.
For Databee customers: name, surname, business/brand name, contact (email/phone), billing/contract details, login data (email/username, password), support requests, and content the customer adds to the panel (menu items, prices, business details, card data, loyalty data). Content belongs to the customer; Databee does not use it for its own marketing or sales.
Viewing a QR menu, a digital card, an NFC page or loyalty stamp does not require personal data; we do not ask for or keep it.
For security and performance we keep IP address, visit time, error logs and general device/browser info for a short duration; never for profiling or ads.
To provide and operate services, enable account access, manage contracts and invoicing, deliver support, ensure security and fix errors, and meet legal obligations.
Contract performance, legal obligations, Databee’s legitimate interests (security, improvement) and, where needed, consent.
Only when necessary with hosting providers, email/SMS providers, (if applicable) payment processors/banks, and authorities when legally required. No marketing resale.
Customer data is kept during the contract and for legally required periods, then deleted or anonymized. We do not store personal data of non-purchasing visitors, so no retention applies.

All displayed content is provided by the customer and they are responsible for it. Illegal, obscene, hateful, gambling, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited. We may remove content, suspend accounts or terminate service; we may notify authorities when needed.
